This month we focus on mental illnesses and those who are effected by it. It is important that we raise awareness about mental health and provide support and treatment options for mental health conditions.
Millions of Americans are living with a mental health condition — mental illness affects everyone directly or indirectly through family, friends, neighbors or coworkers. During the first week of October (October 6—October 12, 2024) We acknowledge those who have mental illnesses.
Many people recover fully or manage their symptoms with proper treatment, which can include therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and support.
The most common mental illnesses are anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder
Maintaining a regular sleep schedule is crucial for mental health.
